After exactly one month of use the mesh seat bottom is pulling out of the seat frame. There is about a 6 inch section that has already torn out and the seat is sagging badly. Anyone who has sat on the chair is well below the stated 275 pound weight limit and the chair has been used for less than 5 hours per day. This is unfortunate as I find the seat itself comfortable but for the cost of this thing I should be able to expect more than 1 month of use before it falls apart.

It’s been less than 1 year and the mesh around the seat started ripping apart making it uncomfortable and basically sitting on a metal board. My experience throughout the 8 months has been great to say the least which is why I gave it 2 stars. It’s just a shame that I couldn’t have even 1 year of happiness with this chair.....ill be contacting the manufacturer for its 7yr warranty and see how that goes.....

The hydraulic lift handle bumped my desk causing the chair to suddenly drop all the way down and split the chair leg hole where the hydraulic cylinder rests. The handle paddle also broke in half when it hit something on the way down.
