Finally found a chair that fits both our comfort levels. Hydraulics are effortless & give us the height each requires. Mesh give the proper air flow that keeps us both comfortable. And the head rest is the finishing touch! So Far So Great!!

Chair arrived promptly as promised. Delivery person was professional and helpful. Assembly instructions were clear and straightforward though I used my own Allen wrench with its actual handle (using the one supplied would have worked but taken longer). The only thing is that I was mystified by the headrest; at no position adjustment does my head come within six inches of the headrest so I'm unsure what exactly its purpose is. I'm not qualified to say whether or not the adjustable lumbar support does its job but I can say that it does feel quite comfortable.

I have had this chair in my office for less than 6 months. It is comfortable to sit on for my built of 5'9" and 130 lbs. Having said that the mesh seat had already started to sag with my weight but not yet hitting the plastic frame underneath the seat. I am afraid it would not last beyond a year at least for the mesh seat portion. I would probably not buy it again unless there is a good sale.
