I bought the chair for my mother (she has back problems and needed a comfortable office chair). So far she loves the chair. I'll be sure to return to this review if that changes within the warranty period. It's stable it's flexible and for the most part it's easy to adjust (you need the wrench they included to adjust the larger sections).

I’m a 5’2’’ accountant. I needed a comfortable chair that can handle the occasional 12 hour days. While this chair is comfortable it is not made for someone my size. The bottom of the seat back hits me where the lumber support should. If I’m sitting all the way back the base of the seat digs into the backs of my knees. Other than that assembly was easy and relatively quick. For someone bigger than me this would be an excellent chair.

All my other chairs go flat in the seat department. The foam looses it's cushion. This chair has no foam so it should be more comfortable.
