Went to various stores but this one was the most adjustable love the lumbar support and color. Easy to assemble and comfortable. The head rest adjusts the seat height adjusts the arm rests adjust and whether leaning back or not adjusts. No lock on the wheels so wooden floors prepare to go skating or get a rug.

The wheels are not secured and keep falling out. No specific instructions on attaching wheels- is it supposed to be like this? Or is this a defect?

The lumbar support is heavily uncountable. Puts a lot of pressure on your lower back which forces you to lean forward and that's the opposite of what a chair should do.

It's almost a great fit with the exception that the arm rests are too high at their lowest setting. Considering this chair is meant for larger people it seems like an oversight in the design that it cannot accommodate people with long arms. I've been using it without the arm rests and it's been good otherwise.

The wheels and headrest were the trickiest part to assemble but otherwise the chair itself is really comfy and sturdy!

When assembling chair there’s a piece that has a large ugly crack. I was still able to assemble chair but I paid this price for a broken looking chair. I regret my purchase. If you want an intact chair for this price go somewhere else .
