Excellent chair except lumbar support doesn’t stay where I put it

I have had to use wire to hold the lumbar support to where I want it. Other than that issue the chair is extremely comfortable.

The back and headrest are more designed for average to tall people. The back is too tall for short people (under 5'-0") but it is still comfortable.

There are a few differences that make this a better chair for bigger people. The chair is just an inch or two wider which helps with big butts. Also the arm rest are a bit further out as well.

So far so good. Price was good (it was on sale for $149). Delivery was prompt. Assembly was easy - the only tool needed (an allen wrench) came with the chair. And the chair seems comfortable in the early going. But I haven't spent an 8-hour day in the chair yet. So I may have more to say on comfort later. But so far all of the advertised functions of the chair are operating as promised.
