I liked everything about the chair except for the lift cylinder. It doesn't go high enough for my preference. I just ordered a replacement that has an additional 2 inches of travel. I'm much happier now and considering the small additional cost. I still feel like I got a bargain.

Awesome for tall guys with wide shoulders. Perfect lumbar support. I tried two other chairs 3x the cost and both were nothing but pain after a few hours. Not with this one though!

Son loves the chair and it's super comfortable. Yet after just 2 moths the mesh seat is unraveling. Not a year but actually coming undone at seam. Can't find a customer service repair help site to help fix it.
