I needed a new chair because the pneumatic thing at the bottom had dropped down below the wheels so it was wobbly and wouldn't roll across the floor. I found this chair on sale and in my favorite color. My old chair had more of a fabric type chair and back but we have animals and that attracts animal hair. I decided on the mesh but was concerned since I've always had fabric based chairs. It arrived the next day as promised and didn't even take me 30 minutes to put together. When putting the back on I did have my 14 year old hold the back to make it easier to line up and put it together. I love the headrest as I have periods of downtime and can sit back on the chair lean back kick my feet up and still have a comfy place for my head. I love how it feels for my back and posture. I have degenerative discs in my neck as well as hip issues and this chair doesn't make those worse. Highly recommend. May buy another.

The chair is quite comfortable to sit in. I have a similar chair at work and that's why I purchased this. The description online said that it would come assembled. However when I picked it up at the store it came in a box. Assembling took 45 minutes. Even though the instructions were clear it caused me to spend more time on it than I had planned. The reason I'm giving this review a one-star is because of the small sharp nail that is sticking out of the mesh seat on the right hand side. I got hurt from it with a minor (fortunately) scratch and snagging my clothing. I tried hammering the nail to bend it let somebody else gets hurt but it will not budge. Now I have to go back to the store return it and spend another hour assembling another chair. This is most inconvenient.

It’s always hard to choose an office chair by playing musical chairs with a half dozen for 30 or more minutes. Was the blue one more comfortable than the black one? Which one had the lumbar support? Is the red one really softer than the gray one? Eventually I chose the blue one from Union & Scale with Flex Fit mesh. And this time I believe I got it right! IT’s pleasant to sit in for long periods has good support in the right places adjustable arm rests and rolls easily. Plus it’s a beautiful blue. I’m 6 feet tall so I want a large chair with a fairly deep seat. This has it all. I’m happy with my choice and recommend it to others.

first off I ordered this chair unassembled but they only had a pre-assembled one in stock so that's what they gave me. even in the most upright position the chair is tilted significantly backwards and putting even the slightest pressure on it will tilt it back significantly more even at maximum tension. the tiltlock does nothing significant to prevent the chair from tilting backwards only holding it back from bottoming out the piston pushed too far through the wheel base and scrapes the floor which is frankly unacceptable. the chair's design has potential it's one of the few mesh back chairs in this price class to have a headrest but it being more of a recliner than an office chair and the piston scraping the floor simply makes it unfit for purpose. fix those issues and it would be excellent.
