Like the Lumbar Support - Very comfortable. Head rest doesn't work for me in order to keep my feet on the floor. Other User is taller and the head rest is fine at that level. Most pleased with the service provided by the workers at Staples.

I bought this chair on April 5 2021 2.5 months later there are multiple issues. 1. The mesh seat began to sag far enough that part of the plastic frame began to poke my thighs. To remedy this I placed a throw pillow that was about the same size between the mesh and the frame base. 2. The chair back reclines far too much with the smallest amount of pressure when locked. I expected it to be locked in the upright position but the way it is designed does not allow it to do so. I now have to sit with my back far off the chair in order to see the screen and type comfortably. A pillow is now required to keep a suitable posture. I do not recommend buying this chair for any sort of continuous use.

This FlexFit Dexley Mesh Task Chair UN56946 is great quite sturdy and comfy for the price! It's now three months after purchase and still holding up strong. I give it a solid 4 star rating because I only give 5 stars to all leather chairs with massive amounts of features and a warranty of 10 PLUS years. Once Again for the price point it can't be beat. This chair delivers; it does what it should do. I'm glad I bought it. And lastly I'm very pleased with the simplicity of assembly for this chair and how even I a DIY and mechanically challenged woman was able to excellently put this chair together all on my own.
