I've been using this chair for a few weeks and am mostly happy with it. The seat height arm height lumbar support neck support and back tension are all adjustable. The only issue for me is that the seat back is a bit too inclined in its fully upright position and a task chair works better with a more upright seating position. I improvised a fix by inserting a few washers where the seat back attaches to the chair to tilt it forward a bit but its not the ideal solution and its difficult to implement. Overall though not a bad value for the price.

My son wanted this chair to replace the old peeling pleather one he's had for the past 4 years. Apparently this is similar to the ones his school has in one of their meeting rooms (uni) and so far so good. Comfortable ergonomic. Took a bit for him to put together as the last couple of holes didn't line up which was frustrating. Good deal at Staples too!

At first this chair was great and I loved it but something about the back of it broke within 3 months and I have to return it. You could no longer sit up and have the chair reach your back. It was almost like it perpetually leaned halfway back.
