Very satisfactory; well ventilated with good support ( almost too much lumbar support!)

I use this chair every day at work. I love it. It provides great support to the lumbar area of my back and the mesh keeps it cool and comfortable.

Great chair! Even better than the Ryken chair they sell (similar) as the head rest is higher on this one so if you are tall is more comfortable.
