I have a job that is 100% remote so I needed a durable ergonomic office chair since I would be using it daily. This chair meets all of my requirements! First you can’t beat the price. It was cheaper than any ergonomic chair I found. The style is perfect! It’s comfortable and the lower lumbar support is exactly what I needed. The assembly was very easy; I put it together by myself fairly quickly. Definitely recommend this chair!

Bracket that holds the wheels broke after 1 mo of use. Warranty claim submitted was advise back order on bracket. Fast forward no bracket available Company sent whole new chair after several months of waiting. Kudos to warranty claims personnel.

At the discounted price it's a good deal. Main downside for me was that the chair backrest is too far away from the seat perhaps a manufacturing issue. This does not allow me to sit with my hips at a comfortable 90 degree angle. Otherwise all is well with this chair.

Bought four chairs. Three were great. One needs a new hydraulic piston which will take a month to get. Now it’s stuck in the lowest setting. Would have been litter to just swap the broken chair with another.
