Assembly was easy used my own hex key to speed things along. Adjustability is as expected. Good airflow with the mesh. I swapped out wheels with bearing poly ones for easy of movement and quieter

I searched for quite a while to find a good chair at a good price. This is it. Adjustable lumbar support is what I needed. The headrest is a nice bonus. Amy at The Telford store even loaded it into my car.

I've owned the chair for fewer than six months and the seat webbing is already separating from the hem. The chair will probably be unusable in a few weeks based on how it's tearing. The chair has led a relatively easy life the past few months in a house without children or rough use. Will update this rating based on my experience with the warranty process.

The headrest takes some time to get used to. But when adjusted correctly works great. The chair is very comfortable. better than any chair I tried before. No back pain no stiffness real pleasure to sit on this chair. Highly recommended.
