Comfortable Adjustable feels sturdy hinges and casters moove smoothly. I havent had it long enough to determine durability but early results are promising. Only gripe is lumbarsupport hasminimal adjustability and no locking mechanism so very long/short torso's might not fit well and it can shift over time.

I purchased a new chair because I kept experiencing back issues with my old chair. This chair is perfect! The adjustable arm rests are great for proper desk posture as well as the adjustable lumbar and head support!

My husband and son have both had this chair and they keep breaking. The metal post on the base of the seat eventually cracks the plastic in the wheel base. They replaced the first one that broke now the replacement is breaking. Both my husband and son are within the weight range of the chair but it seems like maybe they need to change the range to under 200 pounds. Very comfortable otherwise.
