The chair was easy to assemble until I got to the head rest. I have not been able to get the screws to engage. Very difficult lining up the holes to accept the screws. The chair is comfortable and meets my needs.

Very poor quality and worthless warranty. After about 2 months the seat fabric started to separate from the seat frame. Also it sinks so I have to keep raising it. The chair is supposed to have a 7 year warranty. However I called for a replacement seat back in early October; it's now December and I still don't have a replacement. It's too late to take the seat back and I just can't sit in it any longer. I'll have to cut my losses and buy another chair. Very disappointing.

I have had the chair for about two weeks and I'm completely satisfied with it. It is comfortable but not the type you'd sink in and relax and become sleepy on. It's a chair for work easy to clean and that can help you maintain good posture. My only complaint is that I would have preferred an option to take the arms off but this is a minor issue.

Comfortable Adjustable feels sturdy hinges and casters moove smoothly. I havent had it long enough to determine durability but early results are promising. Only gripe is lumbarsupport hasminimal adjustability and no locking mechanism so very long/short torso's might not fit well and it can shift over time.
