Excellent value is extremely comfortable. I wanted the black but it was sold out. This blue is pretty neutral and blends into my room pretty well. Assembly was very nicely laid out labeled packaging and didn’t take too long. I do wish the armrests could be brought in or out but they are fixed. But it is okay. My only real complaint is that the back lumbar support simply goes back down when you’re resting on it. Lift it up for lumbar support and it’s easily pushed back down by your back.

Great chair don’t buy the Staples warranty though

Just put together my chair and I love it but after reading the warranty including in the assembly instructions I’m regretting adding the Staples warranty to my order as Worklife Brands includes a 7 year warranty with the chair. Bit of a rip off from Staples but nonetheless still a great chair

The chair was not anywhere near as comfortable as the description or reviews lead you to believe. It broke after 5 months. I was sent a new part I didn’t receive for another 5 months. I cannot replace the part on my own and have had others try to no avail. Customer service advised me it wasn’t their problem and I could take the chair to a store for assembly and pay! I live a good 30 minutes from a store and it won’t fit in my car. They finally agreed to give me a coupon for the assembly after an hour on the phone with them. So I still have a broken chair and no way to get it to the store. Things break but the customer service offered will guarantee I shop elsewhere.
