I loved this chair when I first got it but it seems like the limit plunger that keeps the chair from going all the way back has gone out. I am super sad because I am about a day late on the return policy to get it fixed.

I sat in the chair at a Staples store and it’s what I wanted. Would recommend. Also purchased the assembly service (SPAR Assembly) and a week and a half after buying the chair and a week after they originally contacted me to make an appointment they ghosted me. No response to emails I called the customer service number yesterday and they told me to expect a call or text but nothing. Package was delivered 5 days ago and is sitting in its box waiting for the assembly I paid for. Unacceptable.

This chair was fairly easy to assemble and is sturdy. The mesh is also comfortable and flexible as well. However the armrests are a little too far apart which could be uncomfortable. Overall a decent office chair.
