Chair is very comfortable and provides the support I was looking for. Since I tried a display model in the store I was not taking a big risk. Ordered online through my Staples store and had it shipped directly to the local store. I paid for assembly but when I arrived to pick up the chair it was NOT assembled. I got a refund for assembly took the chair home and did it myself. Instructions and packing made assembly very simple and easy to follow. I also watch a step-by-step assembly by another customer on YouTube. Chair is great but the in store experience not so much. This is an easy DIY project.

A comfortable chair with lumbar support you can feel and adjust. I have only used it for a week so far but I am noticing a definite adjustment in my posture and less low back pain. It has a wider seat and adjustable arms to allow for roomier comfort when sitting. Very easy to assemble!

Seat curves too high on sides and hurts if sitting longer than 5 minutes or so. Threw it out and only kept the casters which is what failed on my previous chair after 17 years.
