I LOVE THIS CHAIR…it has all the bells and whistles I need for my remote business and work related needs!!! Love the rocking chair format…it’s soothing when I’m brainstorming and as my title notes. THE PRICE POINT WAS AMAZING…Staples has in-house staff that are qualified to assemble the items as well!!!

The adjustable head rest which was a key factor in my choosing this chair does not work properly. The screws could not be screwed in to allow for repositioning of the headrest. Too much trouble to return it and start anew.
