The chair is excellent.....best I've every had. It's so much better for my aching back and the headrest is a nice touch to relax the neck muscles on and off throughout the day. The sales rep is super....helped me find a better price on line than what was in the store.

This chair is saving my tailbone (which I broke recently) back (which has issues from a car accident) and hips (which have arthritis). This is a million times more comfortable and was only $60 more than my current gamers chair I bought for my home office in 2021.
