In putting the chair together I had the back of the chair propped up against my china cabinet on the floor. It slid down and landed flat on the floor and the cover to the back of the chair broke. I was rather shocked to see it had broke that easily. The head rest was the hardest thing to put on. Otherwise the chair is fine.

The head rest and lumbar support are really nice! I also like the breathability of the chair. I only wish that the seat were just a bit wider so my hips don't rub on the edge. I was able to fix that with a seat cushion but that does take away from the breathability a bit.

Am 5ft 11 and so far couple weeks it's comfortable instructions was easy to follow took 20 mins for me to assemble. Only issue I for see is the mesh bottom is held on by plastic edge wish can be irritating but over not bad.
