No back support at all on this chair if you sit up straight the back is like a foot away from you uper back tilk lock doesnt work since its so far back might as well not exist

Took a chance on this and it’s a great chair! Sitting in it now using it as my work from home office chair. Has a good array of features very comfortable and the price on sale was fantastic. One thing that put this over the top was the packaging - just immaculately packaged and every thing protected and safe and where it belonged and even had a very aesthetically pleasing look to it! Everything about this chair screams quality and craftsmanship. I love it. Note - I’m 5’8” and about 160. It fits me perfect. I could see it not being as perfect for others.
