I just purchased this chair over the weekend and it’s my first day using it. So far I like it however it is very hard to lean back … it just sits straight up which is something I wanted to avoid since my other chair messed up my back. I will try to make adjustments so I can actually lean back without having to push myself. So far 3/5

I bought this chair because I spend a lot of time at my desk and didn't want to break the bank. I am now on my second chair (thank you 3 year warranty) and here are some cons. Over time the mesh for the seat will wear and the cushion will give (about a year and a half for me). The hand rests for the chair have no cushion whatsoever so I bought arm rest pads for added comfort. Lumbar support could be better but I also have bad posture. Overall this is probably one of the best chairs I have owned. It's comfortable to sit in all day the seat is wide and the mesh keeps you cool on hot summer days. Most issues that I see in the reviews can be solved with warranty. Make use of Staples warranty system! This may be my second Dexley but it is definitely not my first chair or my last. Staples has a great warranty system use it! If they ever add more padding to the hand rests then I'll give it a 5/5.

I work from home and am at my desk for 8-10 hours per day. This chair is more comfortable and helps me to sit more upright than other similar chairs. I like the mesh seat better than a padded seat which I had been using for the past 2+ years. My only complaint would be that I would like the arm rests to go slightly lower. Otherwise nice chair especially for the price.
