Attaching the headrest in the first place was a pain already and it fell right off 2 weeks later with barely any pressure applied. Whoever drilled the holes did a pretty poor job.

Rim of headrest pokes back of head. No tilt whatsoever. Thought I had purchased the identical chair to one I bought earlier. If you remove the headrest and expect a sturdy no tilt chair with good back support this would meet those requirements.
