The lumbar support feels like a 2x4 across your back and you can't adjust the tension.

I like the chair except it is way too easy to rock back unintentionally. It is not made to handle a regular sized guy maybe better tensioning or control to stop the back from moving would help tremendously. I tightened the tensioner as much as I could but it is not strong enough to sit in and the back not move. Pretty disappointed that I cannot sit up and relax without the back reclining. Kinda sorry I bought this chair.

I needed to find a chair with both mesh seat and back to minimize sweating while the chair was in use. This one filled the bill for a reasonable price. Only wish it would rock/recline backwards more.
