I went to the store to try all the chairs first. Then I ordered this one as they did not have it in store. The only thing is fabric is a little stiff. If I wear shorts and sit on it leaves waffle marks on my legs. With time I hope that will subside.

This chair is comfortable but it doesn't recline very far. If you are sitting up it is excellent. I have a tendency to put my feet up and lean back. In that situation it is a little limited.

The chair was easy to assemble and I've found it to be quite comfortable. There's a good amount of adjustment capability although adding seat tilt would improve it even more. Very good quality for the price.

Not a quality chair.

The assembly was very easy and quick to do. After I sat in my chair to adjust it to my preferred settings the tilt tension knob stripped out and would not work at all. I called the store and arranged an exchange to get a new chair. A few hours later I build my 2nd chair of the day and got back to adjusting its settings when the back lumbar support completely rips out into my hands. It looks like whoever drilled in the plastic screws in the lumbar support just let loose and stripped out all the holes. After painstakingly reattaching the lumbar support I am now typing this poor review of the same chair I’m sitting in. Overall It seems to be a good chair in terms of being comfortable to sit in. The head rest feels a little strange but overall its nice. The tilt tension adjustment works well when the knob isn’t stripped out from the factory. I do wish the tilt lock had some sort of indentation or locking mechanism for better user feedback as its just a bar sitting loosely in a shaft. The casters have a locking ring but are just a press fit and may fall out if you lift the chair as they did when I was returning the first one. The strut doesn’t have that much lift but its hardly an issue. The quality of the construction of the chair does not par up with the price. As of writing this review I’ve spent more time fixing and building this chair than sitting in it.
