PRO's: Easy to assemble; easy to follow directions. CON's: Headrest material is a little slack making it kind of uncomfortable but tolerable; minimum chair height is on the high side -- I'm 5'11" and the minimum height adjustment on this chair barely allows me to rest my entire foot on the ground (so if you're shorter than me be sure to test-drive the chair in the store). Overall: good value.
