Chair broke around the 2 year mark. I am 6'1 Ht. 200lbs surprised it was unable to support me for such a short time frame. For the money I would buy something else.
Well it was broken in the plastic piece covering the big curve right behind the seat. And the arms are not level at any setting so one are is higher than the other. the headrest hits me in the back of my neck also but I am 6 3 but short people the arms rest will be to and uneven seriously.
The chair is great extremely comfortable and very easy to assemble except for the head rest. It was really difficult to attach the head rest to the back of the chair (this is the last step). There are no holes for the two screws to screw into on the back of the chair only what I can describe as notches. In order to get the thread of the screw to line up to the thread on the notch you really need to press down HARD and at an angle In order for it to attach. Otherwise you just keep turning and turning the Allen wrench. Frustrating! Once we figured that out it was fine but it took a while.
