This chair is very comfortable and was easy to assemble. We originally purchased the chair in June but had an issue with it and had to file a claim with the warranty company. After that was handled went back to Staples and purchased the same chair. Hopefully will have better luck with this one because we like the chair.

I recently purchased this to help with posture problems caused by my old chair. I have a pinched nerve in my neck which I believe was aggravated by being hunched forward all day (work from home life) This chair is comfortable and has assisted with correcting my posture.

Initially this chair was great supportive strong everything worked. Now the left arm rest is ripped on the inner side doesn't always hold the proper height have to adjust every morning mesh has stretched recline lock sometimes comes out and will scare you and last the back portion of the chair no longer comes up for upright sit it's permanently leaned back some. Spend the extra on a higher quality chair. Now I'm out $150 and have to get another one. Probably look in the 250-350 range.

Less than a year and the bottom mesh is splitting apart. I work from home and the chair gets normal daily use. The issue is definitely not my weight so I will chock it up to poor quality:
