we chose it in the store because it was comfortable. the portion directly under the seat.. where the back of your knees are.. the cover cracked and split even where the screws were cracked. we returned the chair the process was very good to return the item

Set it up and enjoyed using it for about 8 months. Recently I heard scraping when I rolled the chair and saw that the hydraulic not only failed but the pre-set location for the hydraulic in the base had slipped a few inches and now scrapes the floor chair is now unusable.

Headrest installation too difficult chair is great!

Assembly of this chair is simple well documented instructions and very easy to do UNTIL the last step to install the headrest. The hole is cut just a wee bit too small making it a 2-person installation with muscle to get alignment of the screws. Otherwise this is a great chair and very simple to assemble!

Only good for shorter people and other issues

For a chair that advertises itself as a chair for anyone it really falls short. I'm between 72 and 73 inches tall and can't possibly adjust the chair to be comfortable for me. The headrest only reaches halfway up my neck and there is no way to adjust it. The lumbar support does not reach high enough either. Aside from the height related issues the arm rests are so far apart even at their closest adjustment. The chair's minimum recline also does not allow you to sit up straight even when locked in. Not sure how this got so many good reviews but I will be returning it.

An uncomfortable chair

If you are going to sit for a short time the chair is wonderful. I love the back support. But I have to sit for long periods. Unfortunately I found this chair to be one of the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever owned. Often I have to pad the seat with pillows or cushions to be able to tolerate it. I picked the chair but it was given to me as a gift. If it was not a gift I would have thrown it out already.

Sinks: can’t maintain height

An okay chair at first. Not great but fairly comfortable for long days at a computer desk. But after a few months the height mechanism lost functionality. I have to use the lever to re-raise the seat height at least 4 times a day.
