Easy to assemble extremely comfortable and provides perfect back support while working. There are certainly more expensive chairs on the market but none that could possibly be more comfortable!
Pros: - Comfortable cool seat - Effective lumbar support - Headrest out of the way until you lean back Cons: - I found the angle of the seat to be too high in the front. It's not adjustable. I modified the seat mounting with longer bolts and washers to tilt it forward.
Look this is not a $1000 chair. It's a great mid range chair and has held up well for me in the almost 3 years that we have been working at home during covid. i had the same problem others were mentioning: after a while the center pole did slip down and hit the floor which made sitting in it extremely uncomfortable and wobbly. so i called and they are sending me replacement parts. not bad!! and yes they will ask you if you sit in the chair for more than 10 hours and if you weigh more than 275 pounds. oh and the chair is low enough for someone who has a 29 inch inseam (women's petite pants) but if you are shorter than that this chair will not work for you. i use the lowest setting.
I have had this chair only since December and the hydraulics are already messed up it wont stay up when raised and the back rest and lumbar support are really loose and that part came preassembled. To say I am frustrated would be an understatement.
This chair is probably ok for office use. However several factory sealed screws are loose. The washers continuously make noise when sitting and working. I have struggled quite a bit trying to get these screws tighter but there is very little access to them. I would skip this chair based on how annoying these loose unreachable parts are alone. This is an annoying disaster.
