Nicely packaged and took less than 30 mins to put it together. I did go to the store and tried both Hyken and Dexley. I'm tall and Hyken was defenitely on the uncomfortable side. Wish the Dexley had all the features of Hyken but it's not a dealbreaker. We'll see how this is for long-term for now I'm more than satisfied.

Bought the chair because I needed something comfortable for regular(average 10 hours a day Monday-Friday). At first the chair was great and was able to adjust to my liking. However after about a month of use I noticed where you sit the mesh on the left side is starting to rip off the base. Because of this my butt has started to sink in and it’s getting worse.

Nice chair but needs to be more comfortable. The arms are loose I’ve tightened them but they are still loose.
