Initially this chair was great but after almost 2 years it began to fall apart. The bottom center pole now touches the floor and rips up carpet if you move the chair at all some washers and other hardware fell out of the bottom as well. The seat wobbles and the material coating the arms has begun to peel badly. Avoid

I first bought this chair back in 2020. I loved it. I spent a little too much time in it and it had sunk more towards the ground and I couldn't fix it. Unfortunately my warranty had expired as well. I was excited to see Staples still carrying this chair 4 years later. I got it on sale and it is just as great as my first one! This time I got a 5 year warranty on it in case I sit in this one too much too.

The chair is comfortable. I enjoy the support. The only negative the mesh on the seat is pulling out from the frame. I called the manufacturer. They are sending a new seat for me. I have not received it. I hope I can replace easily.
