I used this for 2 weeks and my back hurt so bad I gave the chair to co worked and he didn't last 1 hour in. Would not recommend this chair to anyone

2nd one- some changes for the worse

I like my first one, and it lasted a bit more than three years. They improved the back locking mechanism- it seems (I've only had the new one for hours now). BUT- the back's most upright position is too far forward, and the seat feels like the front is too high and the back of the seat is too low. So it puts a lot of pressure on your under-thigh behind the knee, and it feels like your knees are being pushed up into the abdomen. I write this in January, 2026. I have it adjusted as low as it will go, and it doesn't go as low as the one I had for just over three years. So my keyboard drawer just clears my knees and sits atop my squished thighs. I don't believe I will be able to get used to this. It's not comfortable for office use.

Worked good for the first year or so, then the cylinder sank into the base so it isn't as tall and scratches the floor if moved.

Not that great. Don’t put the headrest on it forces you to lean forward. It also reclined for about 2 weeks then that stopped working.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!

My business partner had one and loved it so I bought one. I did not get the protection plan on the first one AND OF COURSE it failed in the first year and would not sit up straight anymore. I never lean back in the chair and it had 6" of play after about 7 months. I chalked it up to being a defective chair so I ordered another one and paid for the extended warranty thing they offer. After 6 months the chair started squeaking very loud and now at the 11th month the chair will no long go down to a lower setting where I usually keep it so that the arm rests will slide under my desk. Also, the 2nd chair's seat portion is 1 1/2" shorter in length so the chair does not come all the way out to the back of my knees like the first one did.
