The chair was easy to assemble until we got to the headrest. The assembly time was nearly an hour and more than 45 minutes of that time was spent struggling to assemble the headrest.

This really is among the very top values for the price for an office chair. It’s comfortable adjustable and long lasting. I got one for my wife and one for myself and we both enjoyed this chair. The mesh support is fantastic.

Good chair excellent warranty support

Good chair just didn't like that the edge of the seat is raised hard plastic that'll dig into you if you try to sit cross-legged. Best thing is the 7 year warranty. I bought mine in 2020. Just called to get the mesh seat cushion replaced as it's beginning to sag a bit. Called a while ago to replace cylinder that sank into base and cracked it. No hassles at all. Nice to see a company stand behind their products.

It's been only 3 months since I bought the chair last Thanksgiving and the mesh on the seat has already broken badly. Terrible quality!

Seat mesh ripped in 6 months

I purchased this chair in Sept 2022 and have been using it as my work chair 8 hours a day 5 days a week. In December of 2022 I noticed the mesh was starting to stretch even though I'm under the weight limit (195 lbs). I ignored it because I expected it stretch... some. It's now March of 2023 and the mesh of the seat started to rip away from the frame. Totally unusable now and very disappointed.
