Very comfortable. I spend about 9 hours at day at my desk and this chair is great. No problems with leg issues like I had with my previous chair. Love it!
I thought I loved this chair when I sat on it at the store. It was really comfortable and great for my 6'3" 190lb frame. However when I sat in it today for its first day at the office the mesh (where my butt is) is sagging to the metal below it making it the most uncomfortable feeling ever.
Of the many chairs I have assembled this chair was the easiest! It is light yet durable. I also love the 7 year warranty! My back no longer hurts using this chair!
I ordered three of these chairs. It has been 1.5 years and every single one of them drags on the carpet and is slowing ruining our carpet. They have all been used by different people and different amounts of time so it is clearly a defect in the chair.
I work eight hours a day and forty hours a week as a cashier/receptionist at a Ford dealership and I recently bought this chair to replace the cheap and uncomfortable chair that my work provided for me. I have Fibromyalgia and this chair helps me to sit up straighter and relieves some of my chronic pain. The chair is pleasant to look at and ergonomic enough to support me during my 8 hour shift. If you're looking for a quality work chair then look no further!
The chair was easy to put together by following the directions. It is a well-constructed piece of furniture and should give many hours of comfortable sitting pleasure. The price was right and I like all of the options that you can do with this chair.
Dexley #1 lasted almost 2 years for my work from home office. What everyone else wrote is true - the armrest top started cracking (I have them taped) the vertical post broke through and now scrapes the floor (fortunately I have a floor pad) and the seat bottom is loose and rocks back and forth. So why did I buy Dexley #2? My company ergonomist recommended it and when the chair was new it was acceptable. It is also way cheaper than my office Aeron chain. So you get what you pay for and just know that it has a limited life before it starts falling apart.
