I am 5’6”. The head rest is too low and my head rests on the top plastic missing the cushion. The seat is comfy. The back feels supportive. It well made but that head rest is not functional. You cannot adjust the headrest

I'm pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this chair is. I'm 5'5" and I've been dealing with some lower back / S.I. joint pain on and off for years and have been so nervous about ordering a chair online. My friend talked me into getting this and I'm so glad I did! Back comfort is spot on. Seat length is perfect. Arm rests are great and I can adjust to tuck under my desk. Head rest is also perfect. I wish they offered the same chair with more recline and a foot rest but then that would just be a recliner. I would definitely buy again.

Worth every penny. Sturdy high quality material and sturdy design Comfortable as is but could easily accommodate cushions if desired. Lumbar is actually useful unlike cheaper models. Adjustable headrest seat height armrests (up & down only) and backrest tilts to desired resistance. Would recommend and buy again.

Simple to assemble and easy to operate this office chair is truly and price performer for those who don’t want to spend $600+ on a supportive mesh-chair alternative. We’ll see how it holds up over time but I can easily replace this chair a few times before I hit the more expensive equivalents.

I put the hole char together only for the height adjustment piston to not work. It did not stay up. Had to get a replacement chair and replace the piston and bottom part (with the castors) of the chair. Alot of time and effort wasted as well as to have it returned. I do not know if this piston will hold up. In hindsight would not have bought chair.
