Difficult to assemble

Like other reviews have pointed out the head rest was extremely difficult to screw. The tension nob is impossible to adjust. The seat doesn't tilt with back.

Gas lift (pump) is dead after 8 months.

My weight is 176 pounds. Hybrid work 2 days per week from home. Less than 50% chair utilization. Gas lift (pump) is dead after 8 months. Over all design/comfort are below average IMO.
