I've been looking for one of these chairs for years but they were always too expensive. I love. This chair. It checks all the boxes. ☑️ - mesh ☑️ - has headrest ☑️ - backrest tilts but not seat ☑️ - adjustable arms ☑️ - cheap If there was one con it would be that the locking tilt isn't infinitely adjustable. My chair at work you lean back to where you want it to stop and you can set the lock for that position so the chair only goes back to that point when leaving back.

I had a heavily padded chair from Staples for about 18 months. It became uncomfortable and tilted on the pedestal so I used the extended warranty and got this. I have a fairly minor lordosis and never understood why I never liked lumbar support. Because it usually just provides more or less of a bump amplitude that's why. This chair lets you slide it up or down (but not change the amplitude). I found that at the lowest level it actually feels good! The headrest is a little forward of where I prefer it but it too slides up and down (but not fore or aft). I find that I don't perspire as much when I sit in this for a long time. It is quite firm but also very comfortable. I don't know if it's for everyone but it's about the 5th or 6th office chair I have owned and it seems to be the most comfortable. Also: The seat doesn't tilt but the back can (you can allow or disallow it by sliding the lift rod). That's a good thing because most chairs will cut off some circulation when you have them adjusted to a good height unless you put your feet up on something when you tilt the seat and back.
Chair is a lower quality chair. Mesh is a bit flimsier than I would like to see and I do not anticipate it will last very long. Most of the chair's components are plastic. Armrests screw on with no additional support so they sort of bend/flex when you apply weight as you adjust your seating position. Assembly instructions were clear and chair went together within 1 hour (maybe less). All parts were included including a hex screwdriver which is needed for all of the chair's screws. No additional tools required for assembly. Overall I would recommend the chair (for the low price) but would not purchase if I'm looking for a long lasting purchase.
This mesh chair is a beast! I do a lot of lengthy calls in my home office the chair is really good. Similar to the Hyken chair but a little wider. Accessorizes nicely with my blue walls.
