So far it's been a good experience. Seems comfortable and not bulky which is what I was looking for. My only complaint with assembly was a problem with the headrest screws not screwing in because plastic notches not aligning. Had to rework. Other than that works great.

Items Seems to be decent quality . The plastic edge on the seat is attractive but at times uncomfortable as it is a hard edge where there is usually a cushiony surface on the forward sides of most office chairs.

Love the chair. It has a 7 year warranty. The mesh is great and lets you get air and the head rest is great. What is nice about this chair is if you want you can kind of slightly rock back and forth if just kind of taking a rest. Great chair!!
