My wife is a photographer and spends long hours sitting in front of her computer editing photos and she loves this chair! It gives her the proper height and great lumbar/back support. The ability to adjust multiple settings has worked great!

I purchased the chair a few months ago and found it to be easy to assemble. Only issue I have had is the gas lift was slowly going down and I kept having to raise the chair. I called the 800 # and they quickly sent out a replacement. No issue. It was easier than bringing the chair back to Staples.

Very nice chair and comfortable. The only thing I did not like are the casters. I bought some that are more like inline skates and this made the chair perfect.

Very comfortable chair due to seat material and doesn't get hard the longer you sit in it. Only thing we would wish for it is the chair back go forward towards the front of the seat just a bit more but don't feel it detracts from the chair's quality and value.
