I work remotely and spend 8 hours on this chair daily. The chair has no cushion but a mesh which is obvious. Not comfortable for my hips nor my back. The tilt has a couple of settings but not adequate for my back to keep me sitting straight and comfortable. My hips and sciatic usually hurt when using it. The arms rest however are adjustable and comfortable. Unfortunately it’s not for me.

This is a solid chair for us folks who now have been working from home. I was looking for affordability comfort and style. I'm 5'4" and bc of the height of my desk (28" high) I'm also using a foot foam- it would not work for me without one. The chair is pretty comfortable over time though it's not soft and cushy by any means it's more on the firm side. The head rest back and seat are all made from stretched quality mesh the body is mostly thick plastic with some metal components. It's fairly heavy in a good way. The casters work well though sometimes do get stuck going over my low pile rug edge while I'm sitting. The back support add-in is adjustable and helps me sit straighter. The arms are adjustable but the minimum height is still rather high so I'd watch that for lower set desks. The reclining settings are very good and i don't have to push back much to get a nice recline. The head rest swivels but does not have a height adjustment. It serves me well for my height. There is a foam at the very front of the seat providing comfort from the plastic edge. As others have stated it does sag in a bit when I'm seated though this hasn't been an issue for comfort. For me it's not possible to sit for 8 straight hours though I do have a back condition and anyway no one should be sitting without getting up for over an hour. Height adjustment is minimum 13.5" to max 17" (front seat height) from the floor. I give it a 4 for overall quality style and comfort 1 star off for the very firm seat.
