Overpriced for what you get

I consider the chair overpriced. It is indeed for big and tall...think over 6 feet tall and over 300 lbs. It does not roll well on carpet and the arms are too wide to be of much use to me. I also have to lower the chair and the arm on one side to fit under my L-shaped desk. Had hoped the padding in the seat would be a little more substantial. I sit for almost 8 hours a day and I can tell I will need a gel or memory foam cushion for added pressure relief. I'm a big girl but this chair is too big. I will be returning it.

Big chair easy assembly

The designers of this chair really thought the design thru completely. This is one very solid chair. The instructions were easy to understand. The different steps had different colored screws. The levers are cable mounted so they can be located on the side. This is a great chair. The only improvement I can see is to make the support pad in the back so it can adjust up and down. The entire back moves up and down but the support for the middle of back doesn't

It wasn't the same chair as the one in the store

I needed a new desk chair so I tried out all the ones they had out at my local Staples. I fell in love with the Driscott chair because of the wonderful seat cushion. I ordered it and when it arrived my husband quickly put it together for me. The seat cushion was horrible. Not at all like the floor model one.I am very disappointed and have now returned it.

I would have liked to have known if the chair was in stock at the check out. I had to wait but it was resolved and the chair was delivered. LOVE my chair.
