Manual Instructions aren't detail enough. Need more detailed instructions on how to adjust height and back of chair. Also chair wheels do not move smoothly on carpet.

This is hands down the worst chair I've ever sat in. The frame is solid the quality is fantastic but the seat.. the seat is rock. solid. I'm a bigger guy about 350 pounds and I have to stand up every 10 minutes because this chair hurts so bad to sit in. Also for whatever reason no matter how much you adjust the chair you eventually start to slide forward out of the seat. It doesn't sit correctly ergonomically at all. If this chair had a better seat it would be 10/10 but with this seat it's a 0/10. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The chair is great for big and tall. Assembly took less than 20 minutes and the instructions were very clear. Seems sturdy so far (I’ve been using it daily for a week). The chair has swivel tilt adjustable height adjustable arms and a manually adjustable lumbar support. It’s very comfortable.
