Very happy with how fast we received our order. It was easy to put together. It is very comfortable and very sturdy. One issue I have is the wheels are difficult to get them to stay on andthey don’t move as smooth as you would expect.Other than that I give a 5 star review.

As someone who has used half a chair for months after breaking the back off of my old chair this is an excellent improvement. Much wider than I expected but I'm okay with that. My only complaint is that the wheels tend to drag rather than turn and spin.

I love this chair... I put it together myself... I am usually handy but the instructions were only pictures. You have been warned... This is why it is getting 4 stars. It took 45 mins. Otherwise awesome chair.

For the most part I like this chair but the lumbar support back is a joke. Now that I think of it none of the office chairs I've ever had had a back that actually stayed in the position I set it. But this one really takes the cake. When I pull it up to its full height everything feels so great. But then I let go and the back falls done to the lowest position and I'm completely uncomfortable again. Chair makers need to do a better job of securing the back at the preferred height. I'm off to search the way to find a way to secure the back at the height I need to be able to sit comfortably.

I work from home long hours. This chair is great with wide seat and mesh back with lumbar I can actually feel. Would recommend to any one looking for a big chair.
