Great chair sturdy and inexpensive

I've had this chair for a while now. I'm 5'10" and 300 lbs and at first it was great. One day the lift rod gave out and it couldn't be raised any longer. Staples sent me a replacement lift rod and caster base because they were stuck together. A few months later the metal base started to cave in where the caster wheels are attached. Now it won't roll properly and the wheels drag the floor. I've just had too many problems with it to give it a good rating even if the chair itself is very comfortably over-sized and supportive. I use the chair well within the limits using it less than 8 hours a day.

Wide cushy easy to put together. I would have easily left 4-5 stars for the product alone but I had the item delivered and that's where it lost its luster. On the day it was supposed to arrive I got an automated call from Staples telling me it had been held up in transit ( I live 3 blocks from the store) and wouldn't be delivered until the following day. When it did arrive it was slightly damaged. Under the chair there are 2 plastic parts that hold the wires and 1 of them was broken off and there was a small tear in the fabric in the same place. I didn't send it back because it was minor and underneath the chair and I had waited long enough. Very happy with the Chair not exceptionally happy with the delivery. This chair is BIG as in wide and tall its perfect and comfy for long sessions in front of your computer.

Got this for my nephew who is working from home for the foreseeable future. He's over 300 pounds and has plenty of room. Chair feels very substantial. Delivery was on time. Would recommend both the chair and Staples customer service.
