As someone who is plus size this chair is plenty wide (so if your smaller or average sized this might be too wide for you) I weigh 400+ and this chair is very adjustable. Definitely read the manual even after it's set-up. I would definitely recommend buying a back pillow to increase comfort.

To begin the chair seems sturdy and durable to withstand daily use it is a good value for the price (plus free next day shipping) easy assembly and a certain demographic would certainly love this chair. I am not however part of that demographic. I purchased this chair because I was needing extra thigh support for my 6'4" 225 lb frame. While this chair does provide better support than a standard size office chair the seat is so wide and the armrests are so far apart that it is terribly uncomfortable after a few hours of work. Also the armrest material is so hard and unforgiving that I've resorted to wrapping towels to provide relief for my elbows. (Now that I'm sitting here typing this the tips of my elbows - not my arms - are the only the thing really touching the armrest.) I was under time-constraint and had limited options due to COVID-19. I would recommend this chair to only those wider-bodied people that consider a standard sized chair is a tight squeeze.

This chair is very comfortable ample seating size and looks very nice. It appears to be well made. I have been using it for a few hours a day for three weeks and have no complaints at all. I'm using it on a carpeted floor and it moves well and adjsuts easily for different sized users.s

This chair has been in use barely 2 months. Already there's a problem with the pneumatic/vacuum. As I sit in the chair it just goes down. Not good. I have bad knees along with other mobility issues and when the chair goes down it is very difficult for me to get out of it to raise it back up. I have the exact chair at home and have used it for a couple of years now but it as developed the same issue. Though not as quickly as this new one. Would like to know how to fix this. It is hard to find chairs wide enough or built for heavy people to sit in all day.

I purchased the chair (which I'm sure was nice) at the store and brought it home to assemble. Only to find out once home that it is an Oversized chair and I had to return it. It would have been nice if there was an example of the chair on display.
