The chair is great my wife and I love it and it's made our home office much better. But the one day free shipping to us took a week and only happened after we called and complained. Great chair but highly unlikely I'll ever order something from Staples again.

I like the chair nice and big heavy not a lot of plastic. But the arms are very short and say back on the chair making it difficult to use them to get out of the chair.

After ordering the chair that I needed for my “work at home Covid assignment” the shipping was delayed. I was not informed to the delay until 9:00 the evening it was supposed to be delivered. When the chair was delivered the box was crushed. It appears that the box may have actually fallen off of a moving truck based on the damage. When I opened the box (Not really “opened” there was no tape remaining due to the damage) I found that there were pieces falling out of the box and several of the parts were broken. I contacted customer service and was told that they would replace in “the next few days” I told them that this was unacceptable and that I ordered the chair for a business need and it was not only late in deliver but now it would be even longer. They then told me that I would have to place the old box on my patio for up to 5 work days (a week with the weekend included) to be picked up. After arguing this point they eventually came out the next day to pick up and drop a new chair

A nice very wide chair for big people but a little wobbly for a heavy duty chair. the hydraulic post just sits in the base without any mechanical fastener (just gravity) holding it in place. That tends to make it shake back and forth a little bit and if you try to lift the chair you can pull it out of the base. Assembly is pretty easy and they supply everything you need to put it together. It is a comfortable chair to sit in. I would've given it 5 stars if it wasn't so wobbly. Not what I expect for the price.

This is a big chair. At 6'2" 300# I find it is quite comfortable. Arms almost too wide (limited adjustment is possible but requires loosening the three bolts that hold the arm assemblies on). Assembly was straightforward and idiot proof with color coded screws in separate packages for each step just a lot of time with an Allen wrench the parts are also somewhat heavy. Very solid when put together. No weird wobbles or creaks. Seat is well-padded. Casters roll smoothly on a standard plastic floor mat over a low pile carpet. Have used for a couple of weeks still happy with this purchase particularly for the price. Will have to see how it wears over time.

Not comfortable if you need to sit for long periods of time. I will be buying an extra cushion for the seat.
