I've used the chair almost daily since putting it together due to working from home and after only 6 months the chair cylinder is failing and I find that the seat no longer stays up where I need it to be. Assembly was easy but the chair itself is quite heavy and bulky so I'd recommend having a second person to help move it around as you assemble it. The chair (prior to the cylinder issues) is very supportive and comfortable for a larger person.

I like the chair. It was a little awkward to put it together but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The chair is very comfortable and is a major improvement from my previous desk chair. It provides great support and room to move about easily. I would recommend this chair to others. Please note it is a sturdy and heavy chair and caution should be taken to move it between floor levels.

We have had The chair for 9 months and the chair is not yet a year out from the date of manufacture. Except for the wheels the chair has been wonderful. The wheels are very stiff to move and when you try to roll back or forwards it takes quite a lot of effort and you always end up moving sideways even on bare concrete. That said we replaced the wheels with roller-blade style wheels and the chair moves fantastically. That was until about two months after installing the wheels. We thought one of the wheels had broken but were shocked to find out that the base had broken and other wheel mounts on the base were in the process of breaking. I called the phone number on the user manual gave them the model number date of manufacture under the seat my phone number name and address and they are sending a new base out. If they fix the welds on the base and use roller-blade style wheels by default they will have a 5-star chair.

This chair gives ample room for larger people

I am so pleased with this purchase. WINNING! I am a plus-size woman and wanted a comfortable chair that was sturdy and of good quality. The chair arrived and I was able to put it together within 30 minutes. The instructions were well conveyed with pictures and the parts well labeled. The chair is HEAVY! It glides across the carpet with ease. I was in it for over 8 hours and my body felt great at the end of the day. Getting up was a breeze with the different height adjustments. The seat is very wide with a very dense cushion that is super comfortable. The armrests are the first I've ever experienced that didn't dig into my ample hips. The base is well built and the wheels are heavy duty. The suspension appears to be solid. You will get a big chair that is well made. I am going to talk to my employer about investing in this chair for my comfort and safety. I would sell this chair to folks who need a big and tall chair that is comfortable and well built. Thumbs ups for this purchase!
