I like this chair. It is comfortable and I can sit for long periods of time. It is adjustable making it possible to be the best fit for a variety of body shapes and sizes. The wheels are a weak point. I’m using this chair on a hard surface floor. Some of the wheels seem to work but others do not turn and roll correctly. This causes these wheels to drag instead of roll. I’m afraid that they will damage my nice floor. I called and spoke with someone who offered to replace the chair or to send me new wheels. Well I don’t want to have to assemble another chair that might have the same problems with the wheels so I asked them to replace the wheels. It has been some time now and the wheels have not arrived. My husband wants to take the wheels off my old chair and use them on the new chair. I may let him do that especially if the new wheels do not prove to be an improvement after I receive them. I had my old chair for around fourteen years.

This is a big chair. At 6'2" 300# I find it is quite comfortable. Arms almost too wide (limited adjustment is possible but requires loosening the three bolts that hold the arm assemblies on). Assembly was straightforward and idiot proof with color coded screws in separate packages for each step just a lot of time with an Allen wrench the parts are also somewhat heavy. Very solid when put together. No weird wobbles or creaks. Seat is well-padded. Casters roll smoothly on a standard plastic floor mat over a low pile carpet. Have used for a couple of weeks still happy with this purchase particularly for the price. Will have to see how it wears over time.

I’ve only been using the chair for three days and it seems to be pretty good so far. The armrests are not as easy to adjust as I would like - you have to push in the button with one hand and use the other hand to lift or lower the rest. Also the instructions never mentioned that you might need a second person to help with assembly especially putting the seat on the base. The seat and back are heavy so unless you have really good upper arm strength or a second person there is no just lifting the seat and settling it on the base. You have to put the seat and back on its side push the base on then slowly list the chair upright. Not as easy oa you would think!

This chair is very nicely made. The quality is there and very comfortable. My son said it was not hard to put together. He is the handy sort though. The seat cushion seems to be about 4 inches thick. My son says the screws holding everything together were nicely individually packaged. The base is made of metal and not plastic another nice idea the instructions were clear. It has a lot of very good features. When the chair was completely put together my son said the chair was great. He is a big guy and this was perfect. I am very happy with my purchase.
