The lumbar supporter doesn't go down far enough so my back is not supported in the right place. The cushion is not very comfy either. The chair does move easily across the floor.

This is a good office chair. I almost didn't buy it because the photo makes it look a bit odd like it had a wide seat with a low back. I found the instructions online that revealed all the adjustment features. This information was enough to convince me to make the purchase. The assembly instructions were easy to follow. I spent some time adjusting the back height lumbar support arm supports and tilt tension. The base is heavy making the chair very stable. This chair is comfortable throughout the workday.
