I purchased a big and tall chair from Staples 15 years ago and it held up extremely well (replaced seat foam) but it was time for a new one. Overall the quality is the same and I am very pleased with the product. My only complaint is that the front edge of the armrests on this chair have a corner that sometimes digs into my forearm when holding a mouse (the prior chair the front edge was rolled). Even still highly recommended as the chair is very comfortable back support is excellent and the height is great for all 6'4" of me.

I had been looking for comfortable chairs that could hold my weight for a while to no avail. Then I came across this one while I was at Staples looking for a computer desk. I’ve had it for a couple of months now and it’s still holding up which is more that I can say for most chairs I have tried. So I was pleasantly surprised. My only complaint is that the arm rests are very firm and have a little bit of wobble but otherwise I am very satisfied.

Worst mistake ever

I had to have a new chair. I had to have a chair that I can sit in all day long. My old chair's cylinder kept collapsing & had to be tossed out. We bought this chair because it said it could be sat in for LONG hours. This chair is the MOST uncomfortable chair I've ever sat in. I feel like I'm tipping forward & tipping out of it! I'd return it if I could but I can't because this town doesn't have a chair that I can sit in all day long! I hate this chair!

The chair has clear directions to put it together and the seat is very comfortable once assembled. It also does not look as bulky or hot as some of the big leather desk chairs- it will breathe.

I have only been using it a week but I really like this chair so far. The seat is nice and wide. At 6'3'' and 300+ lbs it's fits me pretty well. It's even borderline too wide. I also have back issues and I was able to dial it in to a great position that saves me from extra strain on it. The cushion seems to hold up well over a long day.

This is hands down the worst chair I've ever sat in. The frame is solid the quality is fantastic but the seat.. the seat is rock. solid. I'm a bigger guy about 350 pounds and I have to stand up every 10 minutes because this chair hurts so bad to sit in. Also for whatever reason no matter how much you adjust the chair you eventually start to slide forward out of the seat. It doesn't sit correctly ergonomically at all. If this chair had a better seat it would be 10/10 but with this seat it's a 0/10. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I like this chair. It is comfortable and I can sit for long periods of time. It is adjustable making it possible to be the best fit for a variety of body shapes and sizes. The wheels are a weak point. I’m using this chair on a hard surface floor. Some of the wheels seem to work but others do not turn and roll correctly. This causes these wheels to drag instead of roll. I’m afraid that they will damage my nice floor. I called and spoke with someone who offered to replace the chair or to send me new wheels. Well I don’t want to have to assemble another chair that might have the same problems with the wheels so I asked them to replace the wheels. It has been some time now and the wheels have not arrived. My husband wants to take the wheels off my old chair and use them on the new chair. I may let him do that especially if the new wheels do not prove to be an improvement after I receive them. I had my old chair for around fourteen years.
