Had the chair almost 1 year when I had the first issue of at the base of the chair where the casters go in broke. Was delighted when I called to see if maybe a warranty would cover it & I was sent a new base & cylinder. Had the new base about 6 mos and had the same issue. The metal again where the caster goes in the base broke and made the caster turn at an angle. Again I was given a base replacement and 2 mos later it is fixing to happen again. I do not want to keep getting base replacements.

Starting my work from home thinking it would only be a short time but soon realized the chair I was using would not suffice. I am 6’2” and weigh I. At just over 300. Chair is very comfortable and feels sturdy. Hate going back to my chair at work.

Great chair. It accommodates our 300 lb employee well. It's comfortable sturdy good-looking. We haven't had the chair long so I can't give it the 5th star for durability. But so far so good (one month or so).

Very sturdy. I weigh 275 lbs and this chair feels as though it will last longer than all my previous chairs. This is my initial impression. I can't say whether the chair will in fact last longer than my previous chairs because I've only had it for a week or so. Send me another review request in 24 months...we'll see how it's holding up at that time.
